The moment a reservation request comes in, our guest receives an email prompting them to complete a full identity verification and criminal background check before anything moves forward.

Through our trusted screening tool, Truvy, guests are required to submit their full legal name, date of birth, social security number, and previous addresses.

Once the screening is completed, the full report is sent directly to our compliance team for review. Every application is evaluated against our screening policy before a decision is made.

Only after a guest has been fully verified and approved will they receive the property address and access code. Until that point, access to the property is not granted under any circumstances.
